Background

The Department of Cultural Heritage: Archaeology and History of Art, Cinema and Music (DBC) has been created by merging the Department of Archaeology and the Department of History of Performing Arts and Music. Lecturers from the Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Surveying, the Department of Language, Communication and Performing Arts Disciplines, the Department of Geosciences, the Department of Sciences of the Ancient World and the Department of Information Engineering are also involved.
The new Department aims to become the University hub for all teaching and research activities in the field of Cultural Heritage.
